Ms. Nicholas has used her expertise in upper management to lead teams for large companies as well as assuming the principal role in finance, accounting, sales, audits, contracts, customer service, and quality assurance. Having worked for some of the nation's largest corporations, Ms. Nicholas has received outstanding training from General Electric's Leadership and Financial courses and has obtained Raytheon's Six Sigma Specialist training certifications. She is a Certified Cash Flow Consultant and has earned Lean Six Sigma certification from Villanova University plus graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
